Can we have a recommendations thread for people to recommend BL based on what we're looking for?

>Recommend something you really like by telling a bit about what it's about and what are the themes featured in it so that others can pick it up

Some examples:
>What kind of couples are you interested in? Enemies to lovers, size difference…

>How long do you prefer it to be?
>What kind of a setting do you like? School, fantasy, crime drama…

the trope where the main character is in love with their friend's older brother seems common in het stuff but I haven't seen it in bl.
I would prefer a manga. Whenever it's sfw or nsfw it doesn't matter. Also I would prefer slow burn

I'll post the link in OP. It's a really good BL and very short, maybe takes about fifteen-twenty minutes to read.

Summary: A man is stalked by the boy he bad touched as a child. The boy has now grown up and is romantically obsessed with his abuser. Unfortunately, his abuser isn't into him anymore.

Tell me what you think? :) I kinda wanna liven up this board. Also it has a minor moment of shota, but it's not graphic, it's only alluded to.

Feeding Lamb has got to be not just my favorite work from them but one of my all time favorite BL stories

I like Andy's yandere like behavior and that compared to other stories from the author it's kind of in the middle when it comes to cold dry cruelty of the world the characters are in and moments of interpersonal gentleness they show, if that makes sense

It's not entirely misery porn set in a bleak uncaring place like some other one-shots but the relationship isn't as lovey as with the main couple in Heartless or Hollow Portrait

I keep thinking about how it could somehow work out, to its best ability, between Brandon and Andy and not result in Bran being slowly tortured to death or mutilated and broken beyond repair

Ah I love that one. I love how dark and yet, loving, Andy is. Actually the reveal of him being a monster early on was interesting because he'd seemed so delicate. I really liked how he was written. And I liked that Bran was a pretty shitty person rather than an uwu baby.

I don't know how things could've worked out. Bran had too strong a will to play along imo.

I'm fascinated by the idea of an omegaverse manga that has a beta who is in a relationship with an alpha or an omega.
I love imagining a beta trying to help their omega partner go through his heat or a beta that must work through the problems of having an alpha in a rut. Beta x beta is also okay.
Are there any such works that exist? The closest I've seen to that idea is in an infamous osomatsu doujinshi.
If there are none I'll take the matter in my own hands to create it.

Have you seen the directors other adaptation of Kenji Miyazawa's Budori Gusuko? I don't think it's anywhere as good but the MC is drawn exactly the same way as Giovanni and is super cute and expressive!

Read My Little Inferno recently. Loved it, but I was disappointed when the seme was revealed to just be a hacker. I don't picture a buff dangerous guy when I think of a hacker, and it took a lot of the tension away from the dynamic. It also made the cruelty of the first chapter feel out of character.
The author talked about this in the second volume, and she completely changed the story midway and went for something more wholesome, and it shows
I enjoyed it anyways, but it was in a different way than expected.
