Zero/X is my go-to when in need of tenderness. Rivals deviating from their protocols because their bromance is too strong, that and the fact that Zero goes from an evil warmachine, to an amnesiac warmachine, to finally becoming his own person with his own purpose and willing to protect X at any cost hits different for me. I love them SO much.

I do not know if he would belong in /flf/ but I everytime I see him, read about him, see fanart of him it gives me massive fluff feels in my heart to the point I still tear up. For those who haven't read it I highly reccomend it, this book is probably one of the most magical reads out there that can be enjoyed by all ages. It's good! It takes the original book and tells it alongside a different story, but still holds the book's themes. The animation is beautiful as well. I recommend it not as a 1-to-1 adaptation of the book, but as a movie that weaves the contents of the book into a different, but still meaningful story.

Oh i was terrified to go look at mine but he's actually super good!

Also, I have no idea who the blue hair Gintoki cosplay guy is yet but he keeps showing up as a third wheel getting NTR'd in fanart and it always sends me. He deserves it, he's not hot enough to compete.

How I like their dynamic depends a little on what point it takes place at. I like their relationship at the beginning when Nurari's realizing he actually likes Enma, but overall I'd say I like simp Nurari best which comes a little later because I find it funny, and I like it when Enma subtly teases him.

That's Kaira who's introduced in Shadowside as a sort of one-sided rival to Enma. Personally I don't mind the pairing in theory but don't like 99% of the fan content where Kaira is weirdly moody and effeminate. That, and pairings of rivals are dime a dozen so they've gotta be really unique to stand out to me these days.
