>>1036>Usually I write posts that need to be split into multiple entries because they go on for too many paragraphs.NAYRT and I'm not trying to start a fight (this is my first post on the topic and I don't really care what they do with the timer), but out of curiosity, don't you ever get annoyed with the cooldown for that very reason? Sometimes, I write long posts, and I usually don't realize they need to be broken up into multiple parts until after I've typed the whole thing out, proofread it, hit "submit," and gotten the "post too long" message. Then, I feel rushed to get the second half of my post out there. Actually, I would think that would be an argument in favor of lowering the timer.
I do use a VPN to circumvent this issue, but I don't think I've ever spammed or done anything annoying, aside from excessively rambling about a couple of specific topics in their designated threads.>The site wasn't generally used for dumping since it was slow and focused on long discussionI do agree with this, though. One thing I really liked about this site when I found it was how much effort went into all the posts. I like how insightful other nonas are, even when I don't have much to contribute. I wish the board were a little faster, but only because I like reading what people have to say.
