The last good place to discuss niche seasonal anime will die a slow death. I meant 4chan's /a/. Sad.
https://boards.4chan.org/a/thread/272330934Do you know of any other fairly active chans where you discuss lesser know anime&manga titles?

>>9640Imma be honest, I think they learned nothing from this and will get attacked again. The fact that mods and janitors are deleting any mention of the event as well as posts insulting them, it just tells me they haven't changed one bit.

The hack has been a blessing in disguise - they've lowered the timer to 120 seconds. Perhaps with another round of hacking they'll restore the IP counter too!

sushigirl.us - Really like this place, wish it were a little more populated.
afternoon.dynu.com - slow but shoutouts to its new and old "Cool places + internet edition" threads for the "looking for Somewhere Else" rabbit holes they provided. A lot of links-to-links-to-links that will keep you occupied.
/tea/ - I'm not linking it outright because that seems to be a faux pas but if you dig around in the mentioned threads you can find it. It's an imageboard that is open twice a day for 2 hours. It uses the real-time post software and that gives me some anxiety, but it's neat.
4-ch.net - text board. Slow with a light spritz of /b/tard.

>>9892Just opened it and the userbase seems young and obnoxious, pretty site landing page though. Really wish 4chan had just died for good. Nobody actually likes it and maybe the slow imageboard cycle would be broken
"Wow I hate 4chan/Lolcow -> I'm going to find a better site -> this IB appeals to my interests more -> Too slow I'm not sticking around -> Back to 4chan -> Alt IB remains slow"
Cycle continues, I wish more people would just quit the larger toxic sites for good and deal with a smaller less immediately gratifying site. It especially hurts hobby boards since most of the time the people posting on them are spending their time on said hobby.

>>9893I also wish it had died for real. I changed the theme to something bright so I can only stand to read for a little bit. I also do this with Twitter so I've gotten pretty good at going in/out for stuff I actually want to look at and then closing the tab.

So many image boards affected by Cuckflare going down lel. All of them deserved it for choosing that glowie-run company.

bus-stop.net - posts here are only up for a day. Sometimes active, sometimes dead.
doushio.com/moe/ - one big thread, has the same real time posting as /tea/

It's weird thinking that /an/ of all places has taken on some of its old traits. You can open it most months and find vaccine conspiracy theories, biological determinism for humans, and some form of misogyny-racism combo over dogs. All put together over news story screencaps.
