>>519It's pretty simple to use. You can post art, and add up to 10 tags on your art. People can follow you like other social media. People have always found my art through the tags. To gain traction, you have to post consistently to certain fandoms. Ship art and collections of art that have the same characters usually do well. Admittedly, it's better to use pixiv in conjunction with tiwtter or tumblr. Post on pixiv first, and let people on another site know you posted your art on pixiv (you can link your collections from pixiv). I also strongly advise you to post your main tags in Japanese. Other languages do not do as well. IDK if that would put you off of using it, but it's honestly my experience. It's fine since I speak Japanese but looking up even something like 初音ミク vs Miku has a huge difference. The Japanese tag will have a lot more works, and a lot more traction. I suggest signing up and try to look through others art first to get an idea of what does well, and what tags to use. Good luck. If you have a specific question, I can try to answer it.
