The child actors were never allowed to show as much skin or linger on shippy scenes. The staging for Green Witch has potential to be so much more varied and interesting than Public School, so it won't be a complete loss, but I don't understand why they wouldn't outright switch to an adult Ciel actor so they don't have to keep finding new kids and altering things to be safer for them.

I think right now if anyone will be reveal to also not be a human it will be John Brown. With how much the anime was inspired by things from the manga that weren't revealed yet if Yana said he were an angel sent to work with the queen I wouldn't be too surprised, even if his role would be different from Ash's role in the first season.
