Thanks op, was thinking about making this thread on /f/ but here works well.

What are some recommendations for male furry/kemono content that isn't bara or made by gay men for gay men? Might be specific, but looking for something like Mucknagabe or picrel. Doesn't have to be bl/yaoi either since I think male furry/kemono for women/fujoshi is pretty rare. Would also really like it if they have hair too.

I simply adore Nagabe's works. The way he sets up the atmosphere, the tone of the art, the characters, everything. No matter if Nagabe's a man his writing is that of a woman. We need more furry artists like him!

It's a top-tier cozy movie with a lot to think about and a good central male friendship. Surprised it doesn't seem to be more popular in BL spaces given the closeness of the two main characters.

Have you seen the directors other adaptation of Kenji Miyazawa's Budori Gusuko? I don't think it's anywhere as good but the MC is drawn exactly the same way as Giovanni and is super cute and expressive!
