I have lived on the internet for a long time, so I don't consider internet hobby things to take priority over the rest of my life.

I don't expect immediate responses to my messages, and I won't respond to you until I'm in a place to do 'internet stuff'. unfortunately, i am only super serious about persona (3 through 5, + spin-offs). however, i have also enjoyed harry potter, the secret history (yes, the book), hashihime, room no. 9, given, yuri on ice, and various harada works. i used to be a CLAMP girlie back in the day, as well.

fav pairing tropes are protagonist/antagonist or if one half of the ship is dead.

and please note that 90% of the time, i am a non-fixed shipper–i can pretty much be convinced of any dynamic if the fic/art/doujin is good enough. i also enjoy mob content of my favs no matter their positioning in my preferred ship.

I considered it but it turns out that there are huge issues with the TGV the specific weekend when it will take place so I already gave up on that. They announced that Hamletmachine will be a guest iirc. If you're from a different region and planned to take the train there check how long it will take to go there and go back home because in my case from my city to Paris it's more than 4h instead of the usual 2h.

You're further away from Paris than me then. You should plan things accordingly, the con only lasts 2 days but Monday is a bank holiday so if going back home on Sunday is too long or complicated for you and you don't work during bank holidays you could take the train on Monday if you can afford to stay in a hotel or airbnb for several nights. I don't think it's worth it in my case, but I plan on going to several cons next year, including Japan Expo, to catch up. So maybe I'll go to the Y/CON that will take place in 2025.

If you want to know if trains will be an issue you can check the itinerary between the train station closest to your home and stations in Paris, you'll get more info on why there are issues, I think it's because of construction work, and you'll see how much the train tickets will costs and how long the trip will be for you. Whether you're affected or not depends on where you're from I think. I only know about it because I was trying to see if I could get cheap tickets and a cheap hotel room for one night last week.

I talk too much and I am in general not a pleasant person to talk to. It was a mix of irl stuff happening on the side as well and I keep noticing the same pattern where I have to receive the same one or two word replies to my paragraphs so I get the hint that my presence is an annoyance. It keeps happening so it makes me believe i am the problem and I decide to withdraw for the best of everyone. TL;DR mental illness.

I love BL visual novels mostly now, I used to watch BL anime and ship in some shonen fandoms but I've grown tired of that and just stick to bl vns.
Fav anime is Rose of versailles.
