I was typing it but your reply came at a good timing. The uke in the op pic is a prisoner. The dweeb in pic rel is a desperate virgin (just doodled him quick for reference) who takes him in as part of a new rehabilitation program without even checking his background, he just picked the dude his dick got excited for the most based on mugshot. The crimes committed were stalking, a restraining order breach & double murder (hence the tear tattoo).

Yes, I have a few that I already use daily for work. So, Blender for the backgrounds, VFX and some referencing for things like perspective and lighting set up. Krita for all sketching and concept drawing, photoshop for all the extra post-processing of the images. After Effects will be mostly used for animating and final compositing, Duik Angela plugin to animate characters. Primer Pro for bringing everything together with the music, audio and SFX. I record my own foley. Free to use music will be from youtube audio library.

Haven't thought of that! Patreon perhaps or gumroad? if there's a discount code feature to put I'll share code for a full price off the episodes and price each at 20$ for non-fujochan viewers. If not then all episodes will be free for everyone.

Here is a quick test, I am using the Limber 2 demo for After Effects for the limbs and so far with this low res quality test it's doing great for me. I still needs more finetuning but it has been very quick and easy to use so that's a win! Since this is only a test on trial version the final animation won't look like garbage like this one, trust the process! I also aim to avoid making it look like cheap tweening, more love will be put into this project and I will share some examples of scenes by next week.

I haven't posted any update in this project for a while but wanted to show a simple test I made with an Aoba jpeg. Some stuff I want to clear up early on, I mostly do motion graphics/motion design, a lot of animators will get sort of pissy if I call these crude works "animations" instead of motion graphics so I am changing this to be titled as a motion graphic made anime style project (NOT AN ANIME!!1!) just to erase any confusion.

Anyways, regarding the Aoba, I am using Joysticks N' Sliders inside of after effects after badly separating each part of the Aoba, he was severely hurt and dismembered for this test. This has allowed me to effectively use raster layers to be manipulated and keyframed to then bind them to a controller (joystick null).

Next thing on the list, some lip syncing and face expressions tests. I would like to be sent videos of phrases and some characters to serve as lab rats. If not, the Aoba will be the only one I torture.
