Not sure if I have what you're looking for but have you tried Tapas? A lot of creators I used to follow on deviantart started their BL comics there.

The manga I want to post in in black and white, reading right to left like a common manga, and it has nothing to do with the way webcomics are organised. All the webmangas I see there are scrow-down ones, so I'm not sure if the system will be able to fit mine haha.

Yes! I know what you mean, dear Nonnie. I thought you meant you wanted to make a webtoon but go with Tapas, here is an example of a manga I used to read from the olden deviantart times. https://tapas.io/episode/2041

Tapas has an ink system that will help you get paid too but I only use it to read so please read their terms and policies beforehand please.

Another alternative is to make your own website for your Manga, just like how old BL webcomics used to do it, blogpost or wordpress website help with that.

I've checked WordPress, they require spending money, also even if I find a website where I can host it for free, I'm not sure I'll be able to attract readers because I won't be able to advertise it. I'll go with ComicFury that >>29 anon sugested.

Anybody have any suggestions of places to post r18 shota manga? Only place I can think of to post like that is a hentai website but I'm wondering if there are other places since art sites are always retardedly picky about shota content. I heard a couple years ago about a guy who's trying to get rid of that retarded law that makes people censor nudity in Japan. Bless his soul I don't remember his name but I hope he has lots of support. I'd love to upload comics on Pixiv but I like drawing pretty details on penises and I'd hate for that to be covered up by an ugly black bar.
