Sorry for the late reply, nonnas, I forgot I posted in here until seeing the /bl/ trap thread reminded me of this one's existence.
>>300I-Chu was more yume than fujo focused, and while there were some boys who had copious shipbait, Kokoro was more for the yumes. It worked too, he won the yearly popularity contest events twice in a row to the point where the devs shunted him off the the hall of fame, thereby excluding him from all further contests. There was at least a little bit of shipbait for him, though. First was with the MC, Aido Seiya. The details are blurry by now since most of this happened at the beginning of the story and the game shut down years ago, but the tl;dr is that Seiya is the one who convinces Kokoro that the bonds between people are important, and he doesn't have to carry his burdens alone. It causes Kokoro to have a massive change of perspective regarding his idol career. Up until then he'd been performing as a solo unit, but he then decides to bring in his two childhood friends (who are also basically his only friends.) Which leads us to…
Kagurazaki Runa. A kuudere with a sharp tongue and aggressive, judgmental attitude. Similarly to Kokoro, he doesn't have many friends, but in his case it's due to a combination of his personality and his social status making it difficult to become close to others, as his father was a politician who raised him strictly. They argue frequently, but in reality, Runa holds Kokoro in very high regard. In conversations with the player character, he has quite a few lines where he talks about having admired Kokoro's self-confidence for a long time. He initially has serious misgivings about the "crossdressing idol" thing and is somewhat reluctant to do it, but he agreed anyways due to his fondness for Kokoro. Eventually, he comes to genuinely enjoy the work, and feels like Kokoro saved him, filling his life with color.
I rambled on way longer than I intended too, oops… Have a bonus pic of the whole trap unit together as thanks for sitting through this massive wall of text.
>>314>trap protag for otogeIf the protag is a trap, by definition wouldn't that be a bl game and not an otome game?
